Haven't heard anything from the insurance company yet. We are going to start clean up tomorrow. Sorting through everything with an excavator. They said it will likely be 2 weeks before we have a list of everything that was lost. If you have buyers for the wheels then go ahead and sell. I appreciate your patience. But if the insurance company is going to pay me for rims and tires.... I'm gonna take their money and run lmao

Boss told me to make a list of everything that I lost. Replacement tools tool box wheels truck rack. Told him I'm up to around 40k replacement . He said the insurance will pay. I have to get quotes on paper for everything. Dealership told me to expect 2500 for tires and wheels. My $200 rough country lift was in the shop as well as my new muffler. Just waiting for my frame replacement, then I was going to have them installed. I think my lift just got upgraded lol

Those clips are miserable to remove. The button-lock type used to secure the front grille to the headlight, P/N 52161-02020, works just as well for splash guards: https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/20-Pcs...nding-Screw-Rivets-for-Toyota/PRD6GCT4HHIB9DY

I use these everywhere, including blocking off holes from removing the rear seatbelt latches.

Did this yesterday evening with Pennzoil 75W140 after the rear diff is broken in. Took exactly 4 bottles. Also replaced both plugs with socket-head versions. The longer fill plug (same P/N as the front diff fill plug) clears the internal mechanisms in the diff by about 3/8".

@Joe23 swapped the 4 season out for a 3 season Marmot Limelight 2P. Actually is more spacious and sets up in like 2 minutes.

I have not tried this to see if I have one, as I use my remote start daily in the winter. -40C is also not a good time to be able to tell if any temp of air is moving, it all feels like its removing your skin.

This link says I have one,

    http://www.ttguide.net/ptc_heater_circuit-1673.html

Going to try it when I go home at lunch, see if warm air comes out before the the needle goes above the C...never tried this out.

I mainly use defrost, does that matter? I know it must be on MAX setting for fan speed.

^I think the PTC heater is 3rd gen only. I think "2015-2018" in the above service manual is based on mfg year and not model year. Other sections of the manual are clearly 3rd gen-only (no mention of 1GR engine or A750 tranny).

Reading up on the 2016 factory service manual, the PTC heater has four heating levels. I notice it kicking in even without setting the temp selector to "max".
