    Oh joy, just realized I smacked my rear diff on a rock again last weekend, right on the drain plug....again. It's so mangled up lol. Changing it next time is going to suck

    Better yet. Grind that shit flush. Weld the hole up. And evey 90k when you change the oil just do it by cracking the diff open.

    I did run it fast, probably too fast. I tend to do that cause it's not as easy with a manual to stop at every rock on an incline and try and navigate it like guys with auto trans can. The other guy with us had to be spotted and took quite awhile but it was his first challenging trail and he had an open rear diff.

    How are you supposed to change the oil If you weld the plug closed lol. You mean crack it open as in separate the housing? I guess that would work but seems unnecessary...I'll just keep buying new drain plugs and using my dremel to fix them so I can get the mashed one off
