Headed to court in March,my son caught road hunters everyone in area has been after. he was in my stand close to the road on our lease and they shot a small buck from the road 100yds from him that he had watched for 1/2 hour with no plans to shoot it.got em dead to rites and has to go testify..

if the rookie gamewarden for that county wasnt a panzy they would have fessed up to it.son went to his truck and drove the way they went, there sittin in a pulloff 1/2 mile away, he took plate pics and showed warden the deer,, and They told warden they stuck gun out the window to scope it to see how many points it had but didnt shoot.. i would have confiscated the truck a 2018 or 19 Tundra, and said if you got out to shoot you dont loose the truck.inVA if your touchin the truck they can take it!he finally served them sent son a letter last week!
