Thanks man. Yep that’s what the REI guy said. Mentioned that the one they had was seriously $$$ for basically what I could use he Woobie for.

 

The exact words out of my mouth when I saw one at REI for the first time was "that looks like a woobie...holy hell thats expensive".

 

Couple more things I take with me almost everywhere.

DFG Offroad Tilting Fridge Slide

This is mounted onto my Decked drawer system in my bed and just underneath my bed rack.

 

So after you I posted this, I went down the street and found the exact woodland version from my local army surplus. Thanks man, good investment for $25!

 

been tempted to get one of those tilt slides. But I need it to slide and tilt. May try to modify my home made one....

I have the DFG non-tilt one and am very happy with it. I think others will be pleased as well, tilting or not.

LOL, CIF claims another kill on their whiteboard A friend of mine got his glove return rejected because they were dirty...they were still in the sealed plastic.

 

Found a solid deal on FB Marketplace for a fridge/freezer slide. Problem is I can’t justify spending the money on the actual fridge/freezer to the wife.

 

They do work with regular coolers too...just sayin. My 45L RTIC and 50L ARB Fridge have about the same footprint, so either works.

plus then you go out a few times and when the ice melts in the first hour of a trip, and everything gets soggy, wait for her to complain just once, and THAT is when you throw out the sales pitch for a fridge. Plus you can sometimes find them secondhand here in the BST sometimes. That's how I got mine.

DFG Offroad has some good deals on Fridge, cover, and slide combos. Really happy with the gear I got from them.

I thought that was a vape pen at first. My judging level was off the charts.

 

Koozie with a magnet. That and my tire deflator are my most used trail items.
