Final gravity reading on the ESB I brewed 10 days ago. Finished a few points lower than planned, but no biggie. Will cold crash it for a few days and keg on Sunday.

We had a massive share a couple days ago at a local bottle shop. Here is the last picture I took from the night. I know we had more than this but I was not in a good enough shape to get the kill shot photo lol.....

The brewery has a "mug club" where you pay an annual membership and then you get a bunch of stuff and perks. The big perk is that you drink from one of these mugs, which is 22oz and you pay the 16oz price. I also thought that you got to take the mug home at the end of the year, but I can't find anything in writing about that one way or the other.

Tasty beer, I’ve been to the brewery in Washington. Have you had a chance to try the 4x8? It’s even better and sneaky strong!

Tasty stout from the local store

Disappointing- It starts as a beer mixed with a lemonade, but you can clearly taste and smell the reaction with the aluminum can. Probably great on tap/growler.

This is not a thing. @nDub or @Smashing or any of the other brewers here can correct me if I'm wrong, but that's due to oxidation. Canning doesn't give off any off flavoring

Unforunately no. I brought back to Fla the2x4 and the Drunken Masters IIPA from Colorado a few weeks back. Have never seen them down here before. Love them though. Gonna be bummed when their gone.

Seeing what all the hype is about... Still on the fence with this one.

Yeah, that was the one place I was able to stop at when I was down that way. Had to pick up some of that Juicifer

IMO it was way over hyped. I never been a fan of it. Some people go ape shit for it though.

Shits pretty good. I always look forward to it each year. It's certainly not the best beer, but for a once yearly release in wide distro, I'm drinking it when I find it.

Depends on what the flavor is. Aluminum beers taste different than glass, but not usually too bad. Oxidation is a wet newspaper/cardboard flavor usually. Pennies or metal is a different one that can come from different exposures to metal in the process, or some water treatments (or lack thereof).

Ah right. I got the oxidation and metal exposure from tank mixed up. Thanks
