That's why I didn't even bother. Joe recently got the tig machine and figured it'd be perfect for it.

What's impressive is they only have a foot pedal for control and bob was able to do it with it wedged between his legs.

What do you think about the front bumper frame mount reinforcement, most say it’s not worth it and I feel on the fence about it. I’ve seen that extra gap with the plate causing more frustration lining up things as well. I haven’t looked at them recently but I figure I maybe weld on a square bar behind it when I pull everything apart

I have no intentions of reinforcing the area more than it already is. With the straps that run from the bumper back to the frame, as well as the 90* reinforcement that ties the bumper into the swaybar bolts, I don't forsee the bumper pulling away on a hard winch. Other stuff would break way beforehand. Are you talking about the mounting point where you add grade 8 bolts? Or the whole area like this

Yeah I wouldn't bother if you have the other reinforcement plates. Just seems very excessive.

    enough to have fun

I need that done too. with the washers I used to gap out my bumper properly the bumper mounting nuts aren't leaving many threads past.
