Your emphasis of Happy is cause for concern.

no need to be concerned at all. hell, when it comes back in stock - order it and when you get it, let me know and I'll install it on the weekend when you are back at your parents.

Oh it's a two car garage again. Re-did the whole thing last week.

Or I'll just leave it in my parking garage at my apartment in SF.

As long as you don't park it on the landscaping or on the street with expired tags, they can give one less shit. A block over is a Land Rover with flat tires that's been sitting since 2008. On the other block is an SL55 AMG with a shattered back window and moss growing on the body work that has tags from 2010.

God forbids your landscaping is damaged.

It's seriously funny how badly neglected the SL55 is. Someone smashed in the back window with a brick last year, all the tires are flat, body work completely moldy, and black stains running down the driveway from where it's sitting. It's been sitting for almost ten years.

But it's a Mercedes, so it has a pass.

I tried to buy it from the woman who (presumably) owned it about a year or two ago. She said it wasn't for sale. That house is apparently the vacation house of some hotshot rapper from Southern California. That's where the wife and the daughter lives.

    Guess not.

I mean he's paying like a $5,000/month mortgage on a house that has barely been occupied for the last 12 years. I think the wife moved in only two years ago. I remember walking through the front door with my neighbor (who was paid to watch the house and mow the lawn) to discover a completely deserted house with barely any furniture.

Now he is. It also houses dust and broken dreams. Literally.

I feel bad every time I drive by that SL55.

Well at least it isn't a troublesome neighbor. My Dad wants to buy the house next to his when the neighbors sell so he doesn't have to live to bothersome people. To be clear he'd still rent it out haha

I wish he was my real physical neighbor. My real neighbor directly adjacent to me rents out all the rooms to randoms. Most of the time they're nice people, but sometimes there are some real weirdos. Like the son whos mother sillystringed my truck and the side of my house one time because, and I quote: "You were sent by the government to POISON me with your toxic gases (I was painting my toolbox in the garage) and I will send MY helicopters after you!)

There's more to that story I'll save another day, but let's say she stayed awake for 12 hours straight talking to herself and singing bible songs.

I've met some loony people but that one sounds too good to be true haha. When I worked at Home Depot there was a super nice lady that worked there as well that was some sort of born again something or other, anyway if you didn't steer the conversation no matter what it would come back to how blessed she is or how much she talks to spirits and they guide her. Anyway like I said, she was nice enough and totally harmless, just weird and annoying if you got stuck in conversation. She was too nice to just brush off an ignore, you'd feel bad about it. But one day two other employees opened the skylight vent over her podium in the store and pretended to talk to her as god. Oh man the whole store never heard the end of that, it was my day off so I missed it but I heard enough about it from everyone else. Apparently things got ugly in a sad way

    That's hilarious.

I feel bad for laughing, but damn. That is a clever stroke of genius.
