Polish it with the plastic polish and a baby diaper. I did take mine out to do a good polish. Remember to use 100% cotton diaper.

I am a small airplane pilot and there is always concern when cleaning the plexiglass windshields with scratching. I always use a microfiber cloth, only stroke in one direction (up and down) and use a product called Plexus (available on Amazon). A lot of pilots use Lemon Pledge, instead though, and that works. Don’t use Windex and don’t use paper towels.

A can of compressed air for the dust and avoid breathing while in the truck to keep the grease and grime off the screen

Correct! Use a specialized aircraft plexiglass product and DON'T USE A SECOND HAND CLOTH OR PAPER OF ANY KIND! Cleaned and preferred soft cotton Baby diaper.

Guys, it's simple to clean without scratching. Mine is a year old and still looks fine. I just use a new microfiber rag that is damp. Lightly wipe and use a new dry microfiber to gently wipe the moisture off. The key is to not push down hard or scrub. Gently! is the key here. Also, no paper towels, no dirty rags, nothing but new microfiber, the non shiny thread kind.
It's not rocket science, and while the slime thing is a good idea, it won't get the spittle or sneeze residue off like water will. Everyone who thinks this is gross? Every time someone talks, little pieces of spit come out of their mouth. It's just the way it is and it gets on everything around us.

I use compressed air can, lens cloth/wipe (like for sunglasses), then I finish up with Plexus (use on my bike helmets).

So, picked up some of the Meguires Plastx and a swifter refill. Went lightly over the clusters with the swifter until no more visible dust, then a few drops of the Plastx on a Microfiber cloth, and very lightly and carefully using my fingertip to control the cloth, spread and buffed the cluster Guage. Immediately after, used the same cloth to carefully buff off the coating. Not a single scratch, and it came out amazing.

Talk about nervous as hell doing this as I know how easily they are scratched. So, anyone else looking to clean the clusters, there ya go. About $6 in stuff, and being super careful, and it'll come out like brand new again. :D thank you everyone for the suggestions and ideas.

Normally, I would just use an air compressor, but had windows tinted month ago, and it had spray spots all over it from that. Thankfully the tint guy didn't attempt to clean it off.

I use duster and then wipe with eyeglass alcohol wipes and no scratches yet.
