    If you CAD'd out the 3 main tubes for each side, there are manufacturers that will precut and bend the tubes to your specifications. Then you just water jet the 4 flat patterns and buy out the merges.......Just saying......it might be more competitive than you think.

    Can confirm. Had to get 3 bolt stainless flanges made for my HFC’s to match up to my headers. They were I believe $67 for the pair.

    Alright, it seems the bank 1 sensor 1 code is actually gone...but I now have P0420 (Cat 1) and P0157 (bank 2 sensor 2). Sounds like at least one bad cat to me, thoughts?

    Also as a side note, I also have code for the left front wheel speed sensor which I replaced not long ago with a correct OEM one suggested here. I've looked around and it seems if it comes back I should look into the speed sensor harness. Any other ideas on this one? Or should I bite the bullet and buy a harness?

    You need to look at exhaust catalyst temperature PIDS on the scanner. Look for an average of about 300* temp difference between inlet and outlet I want to say. If you see anything less than than that, you have a converter issue on that bank.

    I’ll take a set to work with uca gussets, no cats, and a set of y-pipes, also no cats, that doesn’t hang below the t-case cross member. $500 firm or I’m staying stock with my blown out cats. I’ll offer official butt dyno results as well as GoPro hero 1 quality video and sound clips uploaded to YouTube at 360p

    I have also swapped the fmic around and routed intercooler lines to the passenger side to create room for my intake.
    In order to flip it 180° the top mounts were cut off and new tabs welded on the opposite (front) side, the bottom mounts were slightly trimmed, and the top aluminum hose nipple was cut off and re-welded 180° out. This makes the fmic mount and look stock but everything is reversed.
