I am thinking about doing 5100,s up front and rear and putting it at the 1.5 lift mark using my factory springs and not doing a add aleaf and just keeping the rear the same height. my theory is if I did this I should not have any driveline issues but it would give me a little more clearance for the 265/75-16 im going to run. if anyone has pictures it would be great to see them.

Go to the 1.1" setting. 1.55" will be front high.

so the factory springs will be okay for that, and I shouldn't have any issues with drive line on that size lift I just don't want to have to put in the diff drop

No you should be ok. The only thing that may occur is the needle bearing. Some get the problem some dont.

IMG_20190101_121203445_HDR.jpg I did the 5100s front set on the 4 th perch and the rear with a one inch block. I did a 1/4 shim for the taco lean, ecgs clamshell bushing, front diff drop all as proventive maintenance. Added some 265/70/17 SL Toyo open country at2 SL and no vibrations at all. I did throw a weight about a week after the lift, was the only vibration I got. Had it rebalanced and all is good. The ride will not change on the higher settings as some think. Again no issues. It sits a almost 3 inches in the front after tires and about 1 3/4 in the rear. Rides much smoother, way better than the factory sport suspension.IMG_20190101_121203445_HDR.jpg

Mine is essentially what you’re talking about. I used 884 coils and achieved a little over an inch lift. Found the coils cheap used locally so went with them. Totally stock rear end.

Do the needle bearing. My off road shop I used now does it on any lift as a precaution. If your lifting a little now is the time, just do it. It's not expensive.

I'm looking into similar setup and question is what setting did you use on BL's and 884 coil?
    Thanks

    It's not a noise.... it's a vibration.

No noise or vibration. Just the lift. No diff drop.

They are set at 0. I have thought about moving them up a notch to make it totally level, it appears level now, but doesn’t measure level.
Doesn’t sag a ton when loaded up either.

Just ordered my wildpeak at3 in 265/75-16 today should have them ready to install Monday then I’m going to order the 5100s and set them to where I get about a inch out of them and hope my needle bearing doesn’t vibrate
