This is my 3rd set of headlights that I upgraded for projectors and BHLM on my 3rd gen 18 Tacoma. This time I did the Morimoto D2S 4.0 projectors with the Diode Dynamics switchback DRL. Also threw in some super bright Osram CBB bulbs and wow this thing is super sharp and the output is so much brighter!

If you're planning on doing the BHLM I highly suggest yo do a projector retrofit also. It's not as hard as you think. The instructions are pretty straightforward, but a lot so check it out at my site below.

Cutoff looks great! Were those projectors direct bolt on, or did you have to drill new holes?

Read your write up. Very detailed, wish I saw it before I did mine. My cutoff is not as straight so I have to redo

It was direct bolt on however you do have to modify the projector housing a bit to make clearance for the bi-xenon switch on the RX350.

I'll have to check again to make sure it's not touching. I forgot the washer mod so I'll add it when I redo them.

Did the projector sit recessed like Lightwerkz mentions in the notes for the brackets?
