    Good morning fellow Tacomers. I have decided to install a winch on my 2008 TRD Off-Road and for that I need to install first a nice and strong bumper. Any recommendations on after market bumpers?

    Thanks anticipated;

    Vic.

    Currently in-stock but sold two more today. State 48 can help you out if you want to wait to pay for it too.

    Might also see if there is a off road fab shop that is local to you. Could save you a substantial amount in freight.

    Partial to the ARB myself. The version for your truck is slightly different than the one for mine (a 2012) but it's still rock solid at it's core. With that said, it's big AF and kinda heavy. So really depends on how hard you're going to be using it

    Edit: not to say the other ones can't take the abuse. Also, ARB is crash tested

    Get a slim bumper like said above. Cheaper, lighter and keep stock look.

    Thinking of going SOS concepts slimline bumper. Anyone know if that bar affects the active cruise control sensor?

    Not sure if it does. I do not know the beam spread of that radar. If you want a hoop on yours email Eddy and specify that you want it a little lower which his are already lower than the one pic which is an SSO. Right now SOS is also holding their 20% off tax time sale.
