I just measured. You’re correct - all the main sections are 3/16”, but the two internal bracing members are 3/8” as are the two sections that are the recovery points.

Cut the ac line hole now! And im not a fan of the 5 piece design it looks even more chinsy than the original two piece. Good luck with it, my two piece bumper is still holding up alright!

Where the ac line touches the bumper on right side I took an angle grinder with a cutoff wheel to it. Ive read the newones already have it done.

I mentioned to the seller that a couple of the mounting tabs were slightly bent from shipping. To make this right, they are sending me a pair of fog lights! Say what you will, but they seem ok as far as I’m concerned

540FDC0F-9017-455F-90B1-42A217D97832.jpg This is the one that the main bumper comes in 3 pieces. It looks great and is very sturdy. Also, the A/C line hole is already cut. Very easy install. I downloaded the All Pro install instructions and they worked great lol.

Are the oem fog lamps gonna fit on the new bumper? Is that bedliner paint? Looks decent for .5K.

Did anyone who has this bumper order the fog light kit? I was wondering if they bolted right on or did you have to rig something up? I bought what looked like the same ones at a better price because they are all knock offs anyway. The mounting bracket isn’t tall enough. Before I return these and buy the kit from KO Offroad, I wanted to know if I was going to have the same issue.
