I would think so... i can take it down off tomorrow n try it and report back... But i believe the vent can be configured any direction before the mount is installed

 

You wouldn’t happen to have the link to the thread for this mount so I can read up on it? Literally spent the last 30 mins searching and can’t for the life of me find it. I found all kinds of fs listings and even searching Wiley only see his build thread

Glad you found it. I just found about these things last week when a buddy of mine showed em to me. I ordered mine that night, thinking I would get the same thing. When the company emailed me confirming the order, the lady said that they would look different as they went to a new design but have yet to update the website... I got em today and posted them here. They must be slow with their advertising I guess

 

The cool thing about these new style of mounts is that you should be able to put 2 of them on each vent, doubling the mounting capabilities... will have to try it out

I’m not sure I’d put 2 mounts on 1 vent, the extra weight on the vent may cause damage- I don’t know. But I do like having the vents wide open all the time so v2 looks like a good solution for me (where v1 wasn’t)

Maybe a slight angle before tightening but straighten up when tightened...but the screws line up beautifully and slide right through

 

Took the dog to get groomed. He loves the ladies.

Keep an eye out for idiots pulling out parking spots. 50 ish year or woman on phone decided to reverse into my side as I passed along, going like 5mph couldnt move out the way. Anyhow got predator side steps so no damage to me . Not even a speck of dust.

 

Put my orange Toyota stickers on my TRD Pro grill today. Can't wait to install it ......as soon as it warms up
