If you entered:

cAliSuCkScOuNt =+ 9,000,000,000,000,000,002

You would get an integer and a compile error. The "," character is not valid when declaring a variable. Additionally, that line of code (=+) is supposed to add a specific number to a declared integer. If you want to set the variable to a specific number you would use (=) only, like so:

cAliSuCkScOuNt = 9000000000000000002

That won't even work I'm sure. You might get a Stack Overflow with that large of a number.
