Hey there, I'm Tom. Before anyone asks, my username is "guttersnacks". Long story short..... Someone misunderstood an email address of mine once and my nickname became Guttersnacks.

Back in '05 a buddy of mine ('Hecull', from TTora years ago) bought a 2003 Double cab and took me wheeling at Rausch Creek for the first time. I loved it! Couldnt afford my own Taco, bought a Wrangler, sold it 4 years later and now have my very own Taco. This is my DD, but I WILL be building up on it a bit, despite my 80 mile daily commute to work.

    Here's where I start....
2004 3.4L Manual Just bought it with 87k on the ticker and the proverbial "Garage kept by an old man". Not sure if I'm keeping the cap on or not. I have pros and cons for either decision.

Early projects will be the gray wire mod, rear bumper maybe by AllPro, CB radio and a permanent home for my water and fuel Jerry cans.

Camping and the Outer Banks are short term goals. I also do a lot of snake hunting (collecting, not killing) so this will be my vehicle of choice for that hobby too.
