Interesting that she doesn't know her own furniture. Unless you have the same couch too.

Weight loss was the first sign something was happening to my kid. She’s 18yrs old so it can only be 2 things at this point. Cancer or kidney disease. After the blood test results it was determined stage 1 kidney disease. We switch her over to the prescription “Kidney Diet” it’s been a year now and her levels haven’t increased.:bananadance:

Playing in about 2" of water as the tub drains. Zero fear of it. In fact, she seems to enjoy getting wet. She even squats down, spread-eagle in it and splashes around....netting a very wet cat.

I really think she may have Bengal in her as others have mentioned. Apparently they love water. o_O

Took Auggie to the vet for another “hydration” shot this morning. They say she’s gained 4oz. since we first brought her in which is great news.
We’ve got another weeks worth of antibiotics to go through and hopefully kick this infection or whatever it is.

She also seems less lethargic and was up and running to the kitchen this morning for breakfast with the orange boys.

Hoping we are on the up side of this now.

Glad to hear augury has rounded the corner and looks to be on the mend. I hate seeing my kitties sick - such a helpless feeling. Luckily we have a great vet and lucky for them that we have been such great customers for them.

We had our Hobbes (RIP) who was also white and couldn't hear. He would sit right in front of my bass drum when I played and just sleep away. He was so content. I think he liked the vibrations. Miss my little buddy.
