    Hey y'all! Just bought a 2008 Prerunner, looking for some nice mods. Thinking of putting a 3 or 4" lift on it, maybe a grille guard. Love the truck, which is ironic cuz I've always been dead set on buying American. Great site!

    Where was your Toyota built? You may have supported Americans if the vin starts with a 1 or 5. Better to buy a foreign car made in America, supporting many Americans, than buying a domestic built in Mexico or Canada!

    Well good for you then! The way I see it, you supported many American families by purchasing that truck.

    Once again, better to buy the foreign made in America, supporting American families with most of the profits going to Toyota Corporates, than buying the domestic made elsewhere, supporting families elsewhere, and the profits going to the heads of the big 3 which hardly does a thing for our middle class!

    I'd rather have my money go to my fellow middle class in America.

    Tacomas aren't domestics either. I just threw that out there since I was talking about domestics... I think if the vin on a vehicle starts with a 2 or 4 its made in Canada. 3 is Mexico.
