So Brownells is making an AR180 upper.

The upper is self contained, so any folding stock adapter should work. No need for buffer/spring in the lower. Looks like this+a decent folding lower could make a fantastic AR18 derivative that beats the SCAR/Bren/ACR on price, and possibly features.

So I acquired a Larue trigger this week....now I have to decide which rifle to install it in

    3 choices
Bushy 5.56 with 14.5 barrel in more of a combat configuration
BCM 5.56 with 16 barrel in more of a precision configuration
    PSA 308

    Suggestions?

I'd drop it in the 14.5 first and see how you like it. Ive got my MBT in my bcm 14.5 and like it.

You have all milspec right now? If so this should be a huge improvement.
Did Mark tell you why he's selling these so cheap and how many he's sold in a short time?
Were you able to handle any of his rifles? Other thoughts about him or the booth?
Did he seem like an average joe or mad scientist with eyes going different ways? :)

Are you running the 4.5lb springs or the heavy springs?

If running the 4.5 I would recommend the BCM/16".

    There is something called integrity.......

You do realize that Jim Beam doesn't really know me.

So the chance of him putting his free hi tech trigger in my rifle is some where less than zero.

    I was making a joke.

So sorry it was lost in you.

I doubt YOUR integrity is that well defined.

Yes, I understand all of that.
I personally didn't see it as a joke but different strokes for different folks.

I've known several who don't take that seriously and you're just some screen name on the internet so I have no clue if you do or not.

You can doubt all you want, doesn't effect me.

    Have a good evening.
