It'll be a thrash fest that's for sure since I am doing a lot more than just 63s to take advantage of their added flex. Get the deavers like I got they'll definitely handle the weight if you don't go 63s. Also with my 63 swap I am kinda paving new ground because I have found no one using the newer leafs like what I got. When I mean no one I mean anywhere on any forums or vehicle.

Hope everyone had a good Saturday! @EatSleepTacos those welds look killer. I hope one day I grow up to be as cool as you  Crossbar looks good as well.

Nothing really Tacoma related to report here. Ran errands in her throughout the day. Gym with the wife, Home Depot runs (two) and the wife even stole her to go to the beauty salon! She said the looks she got in the parking lot were priceless and she can't wait to get her T4R..in due time. No house hunting today, unfortunately, but I am glad. They're exhausting days TBH. But, I think we nailed down the area now and we just have to wait and see what pops up. The official "house rush season" starts the Monday after the Super Bowl. Weird, I know, but it is a real thing.

Spent two trips to Home Depot getting a few walls registers to replace the old ones in the house currently. Some were broke, some were painted over and barely able to open. The house seems MUCH warmer now that all the vents can open properly. Also, got some GFCI outlets to add where the washer/dryer and slop sink area. The realtor, last weekend, told us that we need to do that so the house is up to code when the inspector comes. Money well spent. Only zapped myself once or twice

Wife is at her friend's/bridesmaid's house now for a girls night. I am at home about to dive into some Xbox One and on call in case the wife needs help getting home. Boy, the snow is coming down outside! Already got some TITS action going! Can't wait to see when it's all said and done. Pics in the morning.

Gym early in the morning with my brother and then family is coming over during the day.

Nice and relaxing weekend. Hopefully back on the house hunt this coming week/weekend.

That's awesome that your wife drives your truck! Mine's a bit too rough around the edges for my wife to feel comfortable driving it, and I totally agree with that. Whatcha gonna play tonight? I'm going wheeling tomorrow morning so I'm just relaxing now and will turn in early.

Still have the swaybar on mine so she feels comfortable. I don't mind it. Makes her feel like she's driving a tank though. Have to remind her that being at fault and having a higher insurance premium are very much real things

I bounce back and forth between black ops 4 and GTA V. Might even pop in skate 3 tonight. Who knows.

have fun wheelin' tomorrow! I am getting cabin fever!! Not just with wheelin but with mods too. So much shit piling up and the weather and the bitter cold are NOT helping:angrygirl:

It's bitter cold here but at least it's been clear lately! So I still make it happen with the mods haha for shits and giggles I was pricing out a garage heater this morning, and they're surprisingly not too expensive! (<$300) I don't know why more people don't have one. I'm definitely getting one when I buy a house.

Told the wife that if I had the garage/shop I posted like 10 pages back or whatever it was, I wouldn't be in the house annoying her so much! She rolled her eyes. Told her I mentally spent the money to get that garage in TW modding specs. Reminded her that a daily would help move the Taco build along too haha so much tear down and welding need to get done!!

Torpedo heaters are nice. My brother-in-law has 2 IIRC. We would be able to work on rigs in the dead of winter, like now, with no issues. Back when this pig fit in garages. Plenty warm and took care of the cabin fever. Good ole days.

i think @Kemosabe has one like that. no one in their right mind would get one who lives in Ontario. if you wanted to keep your garage a steady nice temp it would cost a small fortune to run that thing lol hydro prices here are stupid expensive! people run Natural Gas or Propane heaters here. or a wood stove in the country if you can lol they aren't that expensive to buy but you need someone to install it, so even if u get one on sale for 600 bucks at princess auto, I would still have to come and install it, ur looking at probably 4 hours of work if everything goes well which end up being about 600 in labour lol so ur no less then 1200 bucks. totally worth it in my opinion. I have installed quite a few. I find a lot of people just run a old oil furnace off diesel in a jerry can. completely not allowed by code or by insurance but I see it all the time in friends of friends garages hahaha glad I am in the trade cuz the possibilities are endless and cheap for me

Yeah I wouldn't have this running 24/7, that'd be nuts! Only when I wanna work in the garage for an extended period of time, or maybe to paint something. Plus it's 240 so I could have a 240 outlet added at the same time for whatever reason. A woodstove would also be nice but just kinda a hassle for the sporadic use it'd see.

yeah, but wood would heat it up so much faster hahaha since we get such cold weather we have to find a balance. we need to keep it at like a little warm all the time and then crank it up when we actually want to work. if its off and its below freezing outside, well now you need to heat up the entire building and not just the air hahaha which gets expensive, its more cost effective to have it on all the time just at a lower temp. or wood.. wood doesn't matter, takes 5 seconds to heat that bitch up from -30 hahaha
