Yea.... i finished the work in late march-april, he owns me about 10k, +-, the bad thing is that i still own a stainless steel fabricator about 5.5k from that job, of course im the kind of person that mans up to his debts and this contractor calls me every 2 days to ask for the money and i dont know what to tell him, im f... pissed....

yea could be... i want to avoid that at all costs, a lawyer would suck all the money for himself, plus this guy knows a lot of people in govmnt and influential people in the city, it would be bad for my career to be cataloged as a guy that sues his clients, the other thing is there is no contract for the amount of money only the invoices in where im charging, and the invoices of my contractors....

i mean i understand, economical situation is tough this days but i dont like people that hide from their debts, for me showing me his face is almost as a "payment".....

yes, i designed the whole project and executed the construction as well....
