There are multiple reports of dumbfucks that pay full sticker price or more for a Tacoma then are shocked that they can't sell a used one for more than a new one.

Hmmmmmm..........no frame of reference? I've test driven a 4 banger automatic for an hour. I test drove 2 v-6 automatics for a total of roughly 1 hour 15 minutes. None of these vehicles exhibited any of the issues so frequently hashed and rehashed on this forum. I will freely and openly admit that all 3 are underpowered by today's standards. Yes I said UNDERPOWERED. Tacoma's have weak engines. For me this won't be a problem. Apparently it is for many folks. I tend to look at the big picture and not just 0-60 times.

Yep, one individual being upside down for more than its worth is not a true indication of maintaining resale.

It's a good indication of a bad deal.

Wow you've got 2 hours in test drives on 2019 models that most likely already have the ECU and TCU coding TSB done. I take back everything I said about your inexperience and frame of reference. /s

To further explain my underpowered comments, I'm old enough to remember when full size trucks had 150hp at best. Was not a problem then, does not have to be a problem now. Unless you want it to be.

Once again for the third flipping time dude........

In the real world outside of this forum, people are happy with their Tacoma's. People are not bitching about surging, gear hunting, low power. If you don't like your truck you know what to do.

I have always tried to rent the vehicle and drive it for a week before going out and spending my hard earned money. Have driven many different Toyota's in the past 4 decades. I truly love my current 2nd Gen and wish I had a 3rd gen. Most likely to purchase the Tundra next. Oh, yeah, Toyota trucks suck, POS trucks.

I'm interested to see what the new Tundra will look like. But there is something about the current Tundra that I love, even if it is outdated and gets horrid gas mileage

Thanks, now I just spent the last hour on etsy looking at Toyota Tacoma items. I'm going to have to order some jewelry for my wife so she doesn't get upset when all these packages start showing up.

Is that why consumer reports called it the "2017 Worst buy", 1.5 stars on Consumer affairs, 3 stars by Car and Driver who claims it has a "clunky-shifting automatic transmission" I mean clearly no one in the real world outside this forum have anything bad to say about it. Just because you say something and believe it as hard as you can, doesn't make it true.

Um, So, CR said in 2017 that it was so terrible but you then went out and bought a 2018?

Tell us where you have your POS truck "For Sale".
