I'm using the Bilstein 5100 front and back. Set on the 4th setting, I got about 3inches in the front after the tires went on and a inch and half in the rear, still using factory coils, factory UCA, one inch block in the rear. Rides smoother than my factory sport suspension. I also did the ECGS clamshell bushing as preventive maintenance and a 1/4 shim for the taco lean. Alignment went perfect, had a vibration but it turned out to be a weight coming off. I might have done it when washing inside the wheels. However I got it fixed, also added a front diff drop. I then added some 265/70/17 Toyo open country at2 SL on some TRD pro Sema wheels. The weight of the new SL rating tires was close as my org. tires and the wheels were lighter making it a win win. Gas mileage stayed the same as well as my speedo was dead perfect with the GPS.i maintained a very slight rake.IMG_20190101_121203445_HDR.jpg IMG_20181009_181855269_HDR.jpg

Friend of mine has a OEM roof rack I can get for 100 bucks. He got it with his truck but later found out the cargo weight would not support his cargo. He got another brand
I just realized you have racks, might put some on mine. I like the looks, don't really need them. Did you put yours on? Are they factory?

Yes its OEM, I use it for my paddleboards, the sliders help me reach the racks when securing them.

I picked mine up at a discount prior to getting the truck then delivered to the dealership for installation when the truck was going through dealer prep.

TRD Pro suspension-2nd Gen Frontrunner bed rack Tacowiede radio knobs! Best mod everrrr!!! DSM mount Wheel swap to OR’s. For now... Gone-2005 DC Icon Stage 2 with Rear Resis;ICON 3 leaf AAL installed! Gone-2001 xcab 4x4 4cyl 5spd. Best truck ever...
This is my wife’s (she thinks! Ha) truck exactly. Good to see the lift works on normal-ish sized tires. Every time I go bigger I hate myself for mpg. I like it.
    Q. The 5100s reduce or significantly remove the standard Sports suspension choppiness? Had them on 4runner and better. Had Icons on an 05 which was SO plush
    Tks

Mine is pretty smooth, a lot better. No so choppy and floats very well. It's a nice cross between the sport and or ride. I do very light off roading with a few dirt roads, ski lodge or the beach. This does very well for my needs and it's a lot more capable of doing more than I will ever push it. It's not a lot of money, rides great and has a nice lift. Sits higher than a pro for sure by a few inches oin the front and the back of course. I'm super happy.

I have 5100’s all around and they were a significant improvement over stock suspension. I prefer stiffer rides than how soft and bouncy the sport suspension seemed to be.

If you think the sport is soft and bouncy drive an off road. They float like a caddy. Too spungy feeling for my liking but a sport will rattle your fillings out.

Thank God I did not get one, all though I would’ve swapped the suspension either way. Good to know:D

I mean they don't drive bad however I much prefered it over the off road which is really bouncy. The 5100s are a sweet in between, great handling and off road shock. Fits my needs perfect, hell I would probably been happy with a 3/1 kit from low range off road. They have a great kit and they put a lot of fine touches into their kit.

Yep, if it’s going to be on the road 99% of the time and the one time you do go off road and take it easy, you’ll be fine. Never understood the stigma with spacers.

I'm sure with me driving the vehicle could handle a lot more with spacers. I have seen some friends beat the piss out of their trucks and they have run spacers with no issues that I know of.
