fine print says "based on 2015 year models". still a HUGE load of horse shit. Chevy and any other Government Motors vehicle isn't reliable for shit! ask me how I know...I will NEVER buy another one!

And even Ford called BS which should put it all into perspective.

Actually, Toyota, Ford, and Honda all contacted Chevy with lawyers to question that ad

Maybe more reliable than an East German Trabant. My GMC is a repair nightmare. But unlike some of the 3rd gen haters here, I'm doing something about it.

I’ve personally seen 3 Tacoma’s with over 300,000 miles, and I have yet to see a Chevy get close to it. Closest I’ve seen is an old work truck with 75k and that was always breaking down.

Well actually I've seen several GMs with 300,000 miles plus. Thing is they are all older GMs. I don't think any newer GMs really stand a chance of lasting that long.

And they're always like MOST RELIABLE (for first 90 days). Wow guys, my brand-new $50k truck didn't shit the bed for 3 whole months!

As amazing as that is (I couldn't believe it, either), I don't think I'll trade in my Toyota just yet.

Seems like every GM vehicles that take Dex-Cool always have bad intake or head gaskets, however I am guessing the latest models using it are greatly improved for those particular issues.

I personally have not had this issue ( I'm a GM guy). However I don't use Dex-Cool anymore and have not for the last couple years.

Good god, where do they find these “reality owners / not actors ” to shill for these companies. In other countries they would be banished from their families for such a disgrace.

Anyways......here is the rub: GM is the most reliable brand, by a long shot!

-it is most reliable to fail
-it is most reliable to leave you stranded
-it is most reliable to deny you warranty
-it is most reliable to lose resale value based on it being a POS.

Extremely reliable vehicles. Guaranteed to consistently disappoint you.
