    They’re only about 1 1/4” tall and are 1/4” thick aluminum.
    If you want your screen name I could do it out of the 1/8” fiberglass that I use for templates.

    This has been bothering me for a while... my own Satoshi has a split all the way through in the bottom middle of the inner surround:


    This is due to the fact that with the aftermarket bumper there’s no bottom support. Also this grill really has no business being on my truck in the first place as it’s a +12 style and my truck is an 07... :rolleyes:

    I made up a reinforcement plate and it’s now epoxyed back together...
