    They're letting me drive again!:amen:
    I am now a 3RD GEN owner.
Best price I could find after weeks of looking.
Some 2nd gens out their were nice but $$, lots of 3rd gens but $$$.
I found this one at an Infiniti dealer, priced was fair to what I was seeing. About 2-3K below other Toyota dealers.
I am the 2nd owner. From the Carfax report the previous owner had it about 18 months and put on 41K.
When he/she bought it they add all options except leather, but including Tacoma Tonneau, sunroof, heated seats and Entune with JBL.
Still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles.
    0.jpg

I have to get a TACOMAWORLD sticker on there soon.
I've already ordered about $200 worth of creature comforts!

I do have some that I will be selling from my "15.

I'll let NETW know when their going up 1st. I don't know if I can list BST here. (anyone know?) I need to do pics and words and shit, then I'll post.

What's the white ring around the outter portion of the axle? Protection?
I still need to reboot two of mine - just ordered new crimp ear clamps for the boot kits I bought.

    Thanks!
Yeah, They spent another hour detailing it before they gave it to me.
It probably won't stay that way for long with the weather we have coming.
Now I just have to see if I can get my 15 sliders to fit and order a new skid.

I think i have about 4 or 5 feet of 10 or 12 # in my tip ups for a leader . I use 20# test braid on my jigging reel with a barrel swivel and mono leader for jigs.
Going next Sunday in Tyngsboro . Usually a tournament there on SB Sunday.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
Don't make one. There is one. Let me find it. I'll be right back

Edit; here is the NE one. I know he's not from around here but it's worth posting it up. Some people might not go to the Craigslist one because it moves too fast

Be careful, there are 2 different types. You should have let me know, I have both of them

Looks great! I think heated seats without leather is actually a pretty good combo tbh, but can always throw some clazzios or get some katzkins. I really like my 3rd gen, but I would recommend making sure all TSB's have been done if you notice any issues, can really change the feel of the truck once they get those all done.

Enjoy being back on the road!

    Morning everyone.

Got back from Orlando last night. It was a fun trip with work but man I'm glad to be home and to have slept in my own bed last night.

Morning all. Happy Monday! First Sunday without football in months... I didn't know what to do with myself so I cleaned the garage and organized my workshop

I agree--I added heated seats to my Tacoma and kept the cloth. My F-150 also has heated cloth and it's great--it's part of the reason that I don't think I'd want a Lariat.

Same. If you've got leather you basically need to have them heated and cooled, otherwise they're rock-hard in the winter and will burn you in the summer. Cloth seats are fine with or without heat.

And heat for leather only sort of solves the problem. You'd have to remote start the truck every single time and let it run for a while so the seats heat up. I rarely use my remote start.

You mean two different sizes for the axles? Or two different type clamps? I noticed there are two different clamp sizes for the smaller sections of the boot.
Boot kit I bought from Toyota - 04428-04010

From that kit I read the sizes off the clamps
Inner Boot Smaller Clamp calls out for 37mm
Outter Boot Smaller Clamp calls out for 40mm
Inner Boot Larger Clamp calls out for 100.8mm
Outter Boot Larger Clamp calls out for 110.5mm

I bought these for the Inner Boot Smaller Clamp 34.4-37.6mm clamps figured it would grab onto what I need.
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072X79V5M/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also found these for the Inner Boot Smaller Clamp (OET is the OEM supplied clamps as well) Ranges from 33.6-40mm so it might fit the outter boot as well since I can't find anything specific for 40mm range.

I think that video is hilarious, I know nothing about HAM but I've been thinking about taking the test so I downloaded that app you referenced a while back.
