Ran the Wing over to Lake Buchanon this afternoon, to scout a route for a ride I'm leading down to Old 300 in Blanco next Sunday. On the way back, I pulled into HEB in Marble Falls to get gas. I was about done filling up the scoot, when a Yukon pulled in front of me. I thought that was odd, as I would need to drive out that way when I left, and she was leaving me no room. I finished filling up, got back on, started the bike and beeped the horn, basically to tell Grandma that she needed to move her crap out of my way. She waved her hand, to tell me I could drive to the right of her, and around the front of her vehicle, to exit left. Some kind of 17 point turn in a very cramped space, I guess. I told her that wasn't happening, in the Clif's Notes version, (F U), and she said she wasn't moving. The Wing got shut off, my phone came out, and emails got read. The only thing I have more of than time, is more time.

5 minutes later, an HEB manager came out and asked if I needed her to move her vehicle, and I said I certainly did, and thanks for asking! She was pissed, even more so, when I told her that backing up 5 feet was cutting off my exit even more, and she'd have to go around. She ramped her huff even higher, threw her SUV in gear and screamed, "you're just a jackass old man!". Well, maybe, but I laughed and pointed out, "you're older than me, dumbass!".

Be careful out there, boys and girls. People are nutz.

Just spent 3 hours cleaning mine yesterday after a romp in Bastrop this weekend. There was a couple pounds of mud stuck on top of my skid plate.
