I think it's really custom how he allowed it to rust enough to match the woodgrain...

That Bel Air / truck hybrid looks cool! Done really well, like a factory prototype.

Would you pay $80.00 for a used kleenex?

    https://www.nydailynews.com/news/na...infected-tissues-get-sick-20190124-story.html

Copenhagen-born startup Vaev is now selling pre-infected tissues so you can “get sick on your terms.”

The product — dubbed “a product by the human body for the human body” — carries an $80 tag for a single tissue.

Vaev says the tissues are “specifically engineered to contain and absorb” a combination of enzymes, antibodies and salts among other bodily products from the mucus glands and membranes.

A video on the company site titled “Train Your Immune System” compares using the tissue to train a person’s immune system to callusing fingers when playing the violin and falling while learning to dance.

The company claims it can help train the immune system. During flu season, “you should be able to get sick on your terms,” Vaev states.

“We’re not about chemicals or prescription drugs here at Væv. We believe using a tissue that carries a human sneeze is safer than needles or pills,” the company states on its site.

“The simple idea is you choose now to get sick, with the idea in mind that you won’t get sick with that same cold … later,” Oliver Niessen, founder of Vaev told Time.

“You’d wipe your nose with a Vaev tissue a few days before leaving on vacation, for instance, and get your cold out of the way before your trip,” said Niessen. “That kind of freedom, that kind of luxury to choose—I mean, we customize everything in our lives and we have everything the way that we want it, so why not approach sickness that way as well?”

Some users were not impressed with the product.

“Vaev who do you think you are? $80 for used tissues that I have to stuff up my nose so I don’t get sick. Smh,” one user tweeted. “I’ll stick with brand new Kleenex.”

Users have begun to question if and how different cold and flu strains are controlled and if the product is approved for medical use.

Vaev could not be reached for comment by the Daily News.

Despite the mystery behind the used tissues, one user posed a question on product value to the company.

“Just heard about your product, and I'm curious. Can a used product be returned for a full refund, or does it double in value upon use? I imagine it's not like a pair of underwear, where once it's opened, it can't be returned for hygienic reasons,” the user tweeted.

Maybe just cut back on all the hand sanitizers, and don't be afraid to let your kids play in the dirt.
