Never see much good tacoma stuff on there. If these were T4R pro wheels I might be on it.

No bead locks are DOT legal, only DOT Compliant. Unfortunately. Unless something changed.

"Off Road Use Only: The Crestone wheel with the Beadlock Ring installed is DOT compliant but that does not necessarily mean it is legal for street use in every U.S. state.
Protection Ring – The Protection Ring is a non-functional cast aluminum ring, designed as a sacrificial part to protect the wheel from trail scratches while also providing the same look as the Beadlock Ring. The Protection Ring includes Grade 8.8 hardware and is 50-state legal.
Off Road Use Only: The Borah wheel with the Beadlock Ring installed is DOT compliant but that does not necessarily mean that they are 50-state legal for street use."

yeah holding up fine. oud have to cut the hook off but thats not an issue if youre putting a factor55 on
ive never debeaded a tire except after its sidewall was cut. youll be riding on sidewalls with too low of pressures
rtt is overrated, lol. a 2 man still sucks to do imo especially once its used in a dusty condition. the zippers are a pain. thats why i went pop up but then got rid of it cause i realized i dont need an expensive tent either.

i prefer my rtt ive done ground tents for years and i could never stand them and if i got a 2 man its between tepu and another smittybilt like the one i have it dosent have a zipper it has Velcro which has worked great on mine 4 man is just so much larger then a 2 man ive put up my buddies and its a way easier when its just me vs me doing my 4 man tent

also thanks for the info on the winch i think thats the route im gonna go

I have a truck bed tent that I just inflate up a mattress and sleep on.

    Works real well.

To each their own, do what you think is best.

I want a RTT at some point as well, but only if I have my own garage to store it as I don't want to tote it around all the time. Like when I need the full use of the bed for random hauls or such. Still have my eye on tear drop campers too.
