Be sure to check out TSB 0023 18, which exactly describes the condition and technical proceedures required. This TSB was for trucks up to certain VIN not for my truck or yours. I took a copy of it to the dealer none the less because it pertains to the same issue. Just a guess but I believe it will be updated in the future to cover additional VIN#.

I have had my rear drums turned once and now 15k later they are warped again. U can pull up on the e brake to stop u and u can tell. The rear drums from
Toyota are warped. From the factory and the box. Very common issue.

My 2016 did something like this. Dealership found improper pinion angle, but there was no fix back in the day. They agreed it was out of spec, but they told me I had to live with it. Later on some updated springs were released, which had mixed results. It felt like I was driving over a rumble strip when dropping below 20 MPH.

The 2nd and 3rd gen trucks are so sensitive to driveshaft angles, and the leafs allow for a lot of axle wrap. If I buy a 3rd gen, I'm going to test drive the hell out of the truck before I sign the paperwork.

    Update 3
Heard from Service manager today. They have opened a case and are proceeding with axle replacement, new bearings etc.
Will report back when work is completed.
So far: near front rotors new rear drums.

I hope you have more luck than I did with the axle TSB , it didn’t make a difference for mine . Please post up whatever success you have as a lot of 2018 seem to be experiencing this.

The service manager did explain they need to be sure that the replacement parts are not just a repeat of defective factory parts. They will be making measurements to assure that the new parts are not just a repeat. Makes sense. We shall see.

Actually starting to think it’s driveshaft/ ujoint related. I’ve ruled out almost everything else. Looking forward to your results

My '18 SR does it. I get the same sensation under hard acceleration as well...so it either has nothing to do with brakes or I have multiple issues.

Hey, I have 19 dcsb, decel/braking under 30mph vibration also. Also have the fast vibration under hard accel at the top of first gear. Was going to disconnect driveshaft (make it fwd in 4wd) to see if it’s tge driveshaft or angle .....
But it’s super cold here, maybe a springtime job.
It’s a lease, so I’m not crazy concerned. Mostly just a bit annoying.
If it was mine I would deff be in the dealer ASAP. No brand new 2019 vehicle should vibrate or shutter!! Period.

2019 owner here, mine is going to see the dealer next Wednesday, will report back. No vibration on accel, but slight shaking of cab (not pedal or steering wheel) when braking around ~40%. Mine dissapears if you press harder or less, so I'm keeping fingers crossed its just drums out of round.

It’s kinda hard to do/notice..... but I don’t think it’s brakes because when braking and it gets to 25mph or so the vibration starts. But if I let off quickly (about 15mph) and am coasting the vib continues for a sec or so. Then the truck is going slow enuf it goes away (10mph or so)

There is a recall on the master cylinder and front brake assembly. Toyota just gave me back my truck after 4 days of waiting for my new front brakes to come in. Recall complete, brakes feel different, no more bobble or stumble feel when pressing at low-low speed. Check your VIN! Riverview Toyota in Mesa, AZ just did my recall!

I have an '18 OR and mine does the same but not all the time. Since it it doesn't happen all the time. I'm concerned that they won't be able to replicate it and then give me some excuse that it's normal or something like that. I have my 5k appointment next Tuesday and I'm going to mention it to the service guy. Let's see what they tell me.

Good luck my friend. What has worked for me is making sure they know Im not bitching or whining...I just want my new truck to sound and drive like a new truck. I always use my kids as a realistic leverage to make sure this truck is as safe as its supposed to be. Definitely not right to have to "finagle" a manufacturer to fix their truck, but it is what it is!

Im off to fight for Toyota to fix this new rapid and loud "chirp" damn High pressure Fuel pump's! F'n toyota!:angrygirl:And another one!
