Nice! I had actually forgotten about Coopers... I'll add them to the consideration list, but it seems like the other two are more popular for some reason.

Good to know your opinion in the snow. I've never ran Duratracs, and wondered how well they'd handle being aired down (compared to the KO2s that I'm used to).

...a vote for Coopers. Maybe I'll have to consider them more.

I'm just glad I'll have some time to actually make my decision (I've still got decent tread left on mine), but if I find a deal on some new rubber, I may just pull the trigger early. Since I'll be replacing wheels and tires, maybe I'll just keep my current 18"s as a full set of spares. I do need to [finally] measure the backspacing on my current wheels so I make sure the new ones wont introduce new rub locations.

I very much wanted to give my business to Goodyear and give the duratracs a try but then that whole 'lets withhold info and try to cover it up' thing happened.

Still trying to decide who to go with next. :annoyed:

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Anyone ever seen one of these little guys?

    Stepknow Car Doorstep Vehicle... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CQV21KF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

My wife just bought one for the truck. (I think she bought it mostly for her so she can help tie down on the roof rack).

    It's the size of a Samsung S9

It just hangs from any one of the door latches.

And it's strong enough to hold my fat ass no problems.

@Twizted... Jen and Tiffany were just talking about short girl challenges when strapping things down on the roof. That's what got Jen looking and she found this.

Black 2nd gen double cab with hybrid bumpers passed me on east bound cap city and exited auburn blvd. you were stuffing your face with what looked like a sandwich or maybe a burger...then you shook it out the window at me. Just guessing that was your wave of acknowledgement or you were trying to tell me...

Never had ko2s but I loved my duratracs did great in snow and had at least a half a dozen rocky trips , hell hole, slick rock to say a few. They did great for me I would 100% buy again.

Ridge or trail grapplers? When I move up to 285s i was considering Nitto trail grapplers or KM3s. I was leaning towards the nittos

A few situations call for WOT. That wasn't one of them. It wasn't an accident. It was a result of him making a poor decision and he paid for it.

Possibly, live and learn, or learn from others. I watched many guys make that mistake. Feeny was one. TT was another to much Woot. I'm not going to say I've never hit my rev limiter, cuase I have. And will again. I think after reading though that guys post a loose bolt would explain alot, shit came loose at woot, boom. No need to bash the guy, he just caused an expensive, stressful, momentous event in his new truck. Didnt see if him explain the diff drop. He possibly paid someone to do the lift. Or was done before he bought it. I donf know the whole story, and as far as I got didnt see much info but people bashing him. I left the thread. Keep us posted.

My one complaint about duratracs is that they absolutely suck in rain.
