Alright, I'm gonna go fuck with the dashcam. I'm gonna try and leave the screw alone until I have a replacement for it, cause it's probably gonna need one.

So, maybe one of y'all can help.. I'm using this to hardwire the dashcam. It has a tap a fuse thing. Tapping the cig outlet fuse. Power goes to cig outlet but not the dashcam...

 

Yeah. I stepped outside for a minute

I'm not much on electrical. I'm one that needs pretty thorough directions with that

That's why I was shocked I was able to wire up the blue sea fuse box/breaker and everything worked

 

I mean, what I'm doing should work. Or at least I think so

 

Hah. Drilled the screw out and I have a torx that fits. Just gotta make it shorter..

I'll cut the bolt when the fiancee isn't sleeping.

Gave up on the dashcam hardwiring.. I don't think it's actually necessary anyway. Just didn't want to have to use the cig lighter.
