Brightest led bulbs on the market for turn signals/brake lights/ reverse lights

trying to find the best type of led for reverse lights, turn signals or brake lights. I’m honestly tired of buying lights of Amazon or eBay that have the same amount of light output as a cheap Chinese one that I got from my friend. I’m trying to find the best option for led’s that have the most output possible. I’m also not looking to spend over 25$ on them, I would rather ask on here and see if anyone has some good led light recommendations with some before and after pictures. Thanks y’all.

 

VLEDs - You get what you pay for. In this case, quality, and no bogus lumen claims.

Budget option - SuperbrightLEDs. Cheaper, but again no bogus lumen claims. The lumens they say the product has is the lumens it has. Not some false claim of 20000 lumens per bulb.

Is there a set of front and rear turn signals that don't hyperflash without resistors? Have the ones built in?

 

Your able to get a plug and play resistors that don’t require you to get a new flasher. But running multiple of these would cost more then to just do your flasher.

Then there’s also the way that most people go (don’t see why you wouldn’t) is with buying a led flasher that supports all your turn signals so you don’t have hyperflash, I picked mine up at my local O’Reillys, but there’s also many other options, for example :

I would definitely do a led flasher rather then spending over 100$ for resistors

 

I was looking into those. Saw they worked for older models. Not sure if they were compatible with 3rd gens for whatever reason. I'm not too familiar with electrical. I will definitely check it out. Rather just get that with plain LED turns.

 

Keep in mind the shape of the bulb versus shape of housing makes lights look different. Some LED turn signals only look brighter if you look straight into them but dimmer from side if they don't make use of the reflector bowl in the housing.

Recently got a pair from Amazon for $20 that has leds pointing forward plus some around sides angled backwards slightly. In my 4Runner, they weren't much different looking from oem but made big improvement in my FRS making the whole lens glow due to reflections off the back.

 

philips has decent led bulbs, the seem to be angled and aimed at the reflector housing to make bright at night and seen during the day. good warranty too.
