What was the Cornhuskers record this past season, lol

    Hook 'em

Then you got your pick from Houston & Dallas for NFL games.

Course, no good football in Nebraska either. And it's also freaking cold!

CenTex is the most diverse area, with the most benefits in terms of getting somewhere when you want to. Houston or Dallas to visit - 2-3 hours. San Antonio - 1 1/2 hour. Corpus seashore - 2 - 3 hours. West Texas still takes a day; and you can't even leave the state!
Flatter farm lands to the east of 35 where I am, heads into the coastal plains if you continue. Bastrop has the Lost Pines.

I will tell you that when I moved here years and years ago, and you conducted research in these buildings called "libraries", the listed year round annual temperature is 72 degrees. Of course it is made of averaging 100+, many 32's, and lots of other stuff. There are four seasons; Almost Summer (simmer), it lasts a few weeks in March and April. Of course, it might start in January, then give up - you never know. Summer, lasts about 8 months, and the annual bet is how many consecutive 100's we get. Less than 10 is a great summer! 72 is your wake up temp. Then, Was Summer. You can play with pumpkins for 2 months. Last, NOT Summer. Freeze possible at any time. Might snow, enough to laugh at while everyone stays home in the shut down. Now ice storms are bad. We all wear sleep masks when driving, because it's scary. Of course, you can many times celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas on the deck, in shorts.

Last, and maybe best, the majority of Texans cannot drive in stuff called "weather that falls from the sky". Be careful. Love to have you!

Also... If anyone other than Suh would've showed up for Nebraska... It would've been much different. I mean, he almost did it all by himself :benchpress:

    But... Still stings :bananadead:
