I say LED’s but I have no clue since it’s such a vague pic. 2/7 I will be checking them babies out for sure when they reveal the info.

this would be surprising - as I have to think there would be considerable redesign of the body from top to bottom to add additional headroom. Changes the geometry of the entire cab which would be a very costly change to production lines, molds, sheet metal, etc., which seems like a bit much for a mid-cycle refresh year. But then again, they may be prepared to make some big changes earlier than normal to protect their quarter million annual sales dominance with all the competition surfacing...

if the 2020s have a new feature called "advanced vibration reduction system" I'd probably buy that... just needs a bit of refinement in the vibrations and rattling, but then again my truck was build in the first year or so of 3rd gen production.

    I think they are LEDs

Why would they go backwards and use reflector housings (instead of the current projector style for the Low-beams)? Plus, if they were reflector style, then they shrank the reflectors to produce less output (assuming they still use the same bulbs).

My prediction: a slight change in the shade of magnetic grey metalic that will totally change the game for the mid-sized truck market. Toyota innovation at its finest.

Why? If Toyota saves $1.99 on each of these headlights by changing the projector housing to a reflector, and then makes 70 bajillion of them, that's enough money to buy jetskis for a whole bunch of bean counters.

They did that with the silver from 2nd gen to 3rd and it made the silver look so much better IMO.

Looking at the teaser video Toyota posted on Facebook, it looks like it will have Entune 3.0. The headunit looks to have similar buttons to the new Camry.

I didn’t say Texas only made access cab’s. Texas makes the access cab and double cabs but Mexico does not make any access cabs only double cabs.
