Tweeters make a lot of difference but upgrading all the speakers makes it a worlds difference. I ditched my factory entune premium for a pioneer 8400 and the upgrade is worth every cent. In the future, I will be adding a subwoofer for some extra bass.

Just ordered the tweeters on Amazon... thanks again TW for making me spend money!
No... it’s my fault. I know I should be going to sleep instead of screwing around on here.

Worth it in the pro. Did it to mine.

No smart key because us MT get the added clutch cancel feature that lets you use your starter motor to get out of a jam or slowly crawl over something. Also allows you to pop-start if your battery ever dies and no one is around to give you a jump.

Upgraded my tweeters today. Huge difference in the few songs I listened to after install. I'll drive around with them for a week and if I'm still unhappy I'll upgrade the fronts and rears.

So, the install went very smoothly. Except, I can't get the last piece to SNAP in. Any suggestions? I heard a "click" where the 1 retaining tab fits into the slot, but no hold. I don't see that anything broke-off, just won't stay clipped. Halp.

I bet if you have the EQ adjusted there IS a difference.....there will be a HUGE difference once you replace the head unit or add an amplifier plus replace the other speakers as well. The stock ones are the cheap paper dogshit speakers ....

Paid a shop to install because I didn't have the time. I did uninstall the Pioneer HU to "restore to factory settings" on my factory head unit before selling and shipping it off and from I remembered there were a few wiring harnesses, so it wasn't plug and play. Had the idata harness with Maestro RR to retain most steering wheel functions. I believe you have to tap into the VSS(vehicle speed sensor) or there was an adapter for that.
