    It was an opens box return so maybe they just suck at opening it.

    My parents actually have it so, I can’t touch it. They said it actually looks decent though.

    In the meantime you can use the WiFi feature to transfer photos to your phone and edit them there. I get super lazy and do that most of the time now.
