Right on. So right now someone can purchase this software kit and start creating custom tunes? I need to find a shop or a competent tuner.

Hopefully OV can clarify exactly what it is that OVTune will be supporting with this software if it's already available from i0tech.

I messaged him just now. Seems like OV is the middle man for this software. My question is, if it's available right now, what are we waiting for and why do I need OV? If's he providing support and enhancements to the software, then I guess that could be a plus if he follows through on it.

My thread has a post about it. Racer2018 may still work. If not just call and ask them. I did and they've always cut me a break.

why dont you guys that run the fpr mod just put a checkvalve in line? itd prevent the vacuum from bringing down fuel pressure but you would still get the increased pressure in boost

Under vacuum fuel pressure is at 35-36 on my truck with fpr mod. And u just barely hit the throttle and it up to 40 and 45. I wouldn’t worry about it. I haven’t ever. Boost on

How would you bring bypass valve back to atmospheric pressure after you apply boost?

Did you have it closed like its closed all the time or just adjusted so it seals better when in boost?

So who’s interested in i0tech tuning software. I really wanna get into tuning. And think this is he best bet. I was thinking of trying to buy it and then road tripping down to ovtune to see if he will tune it.

Also worried about tuners. No ones ever really tunes Toyota’s except for stand-alone Ecus

Talk about great cold air boost temps!! Here by me today and tomorrow it’s as of now -26 degrees and -46 to -50 with the windchill. I didn’t know if my truck would even start this morning at -42. Gotta love the old trusty Toyota!!!!

No blue ovals. Lol that's all I ever owned before this Tacoma. I needed 4 doors and wanted a 6 foot bed. This truck fit the bill and was cheaper than the explorer sport trac.
I stumbled across this thread as a link from another.....DAYUM! there's some nice trucks... Kudos to everyone who has put the time and effort into their projects.

Ya, never owned a Chrysler product. Told many to replace their ballast resistor when it wouldn't start though. I had a friend who always kept one in his glove box...
