    My wife has been wanting the Kimber Micro9 with the laser grips, so I bought one today. Bass Pro shops is running a pretty good sale on them now. Came with the PepperBlaster for $579.

    Edit: selling w/o laser grip for $479.

    So you Cali folks if you have a gun that’s on or off roster and then you move out do you have to thansfer your gun out to your new state?

    On roster or off roster weapons are required to be transferred via a FFL.
    Which starts the background check, and there is not a registry of individuals and weapons, allegedly.

    Yes, kind of what I thought just was not sure. Just sucks to have transfer out already purchased firearms and then transfer back in $$$$$

    Just think you have 30+ guns you have to transfer out then back in @ $40/$50 bucks each X 2 :mad::mad::eek::eek::spending:

    I am not sure what you mean by out and back in.

    If you are moving temp yo another state.
    Don't think you transfer them, as your residency doesn't change.


    So you only background them when you purchase.
    If a person buy private party from for example, they do the background check. Not me.
