ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
Recommend the pressure treated model. The pressure treated ones had a higher resale value.

I know, I'm fucking around. Trying to be sarcastic in a forum that's full of a lot of criticism and hostility.

Mine was an 84. Rode like a lumber wagon compared to my 17!

These classic's are great to admire, especially when you can find 1 with nice interior. I really dig the black front grills on the old Japanese vehicles.

If I'm not mistaken, the 84-85 were better because Toyota started welding truss work on the fronts because the axle tubes had a tendency to bend over time.

The brine sprayed on the roads are brutal for the under carriage, brake lines are a big seller in these parts. My mechanic of 40 years told me that is his biggest fix when the vechiles come in for inspection. I have a 2003 Caviler that just had welding done on the frame. The vechile upkeep in these mountains are never ending, but the brine on the roads is the worst

Nice. My buddy just got this at an auction. Looked new inside. He way overpaid for it, wouldn't even admit to how much! Not sure why anyone would pay that much for something with the driving experience of a wooden wagon but his money so whatever.

    Pre 82 has no gusset/truss on the bottom, 82-83 have gusset/truss, 84-85 have most/strongest factory gusset/truss.

That ODO is in KMs so 22,900 is correct-ish; it should be 23085. It has Venezuelan "Carga" tags so I find it highly suspicious that it would only have 23,085 miles.

In 1985 it was simply named TOYOTA. Can’t go wrong with the 22R four banger. First new vehicle I ever owned $5,800 OTD.
