I installed this yesterday for my toddlers and dogs.
    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00R1JMGE6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05__o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

coupled with seat back protectors its kept it clean. looks like you could use a set of short leashes. I took paracord and carabiners to make a short leash that would let them move but not into the front. hooked them to the child seat latches.

Enjoying the weather here at work. Also, my battery died yesterday and I had to self-jump [OGE dual battery ftw] but I am shocked that a 1-year old AGM couldn't turn the truck over. Any thoughts?. Is my alternator dying? Should I look at a voltage booster as the stock alternator is potentially not charging it entirely?

That shouldnt happen. Does the AGM have enough CCA? One way to check the battery charge is to see if it will take a charge from a trickle charger. or you have a parasitic drain

I would assume, it's dual group 35 x2power batteries. I will try trickle charging it to see -- all of my aux stuff runs off the main battery, but it uses a switch-pro so it shouldn't have any parasitic drain, correct? I will do some digging.

I would think that is the case but I may be wrong. I'll keep looking around for a solution though.

Just got done with the 15k service! Nice and easy!

Getting ready to get a light bar for my prinsu but was thinking, would it be crazy to get a whole Amber light up there and/or is it even applicable to even do so?

With all the extra lighting now, I was looking into getting an Odyssey battery, since I have ditch lights, hidden bumper and now getting a roof light bar, I should pull the trigger in a battery too right?

Amber up high seems like a bad idea. from my experience the amber lower is so you can see thru the fog as the wavelength refracts different. having over the head would change the usefulness I think.

You can one full amber or do combo flood/spot and amber for the spot lenses on the side. I did combo but left the lenses clear, gonna do a 30" in the bumper full amber.

It just depends on what you want to really use the amber for...I agree amber should be placed lower for better function of the color.
