    They gave me a purple rav 4 rental. It claims to be maroon. It's not, it's purple. Just take my man card. . just take it.

    Decided I'm picking up a fresh set of 5100's all around for sure (https://amzn.to/2WrtQQB) and having it done when they do the frame. I'm undecided on the coils for the front. AFAIK they're ok, but I did the 5100's on the front originally, and I remember how much of a PITA it was with the spring compressors. I plan on keeping this truck for another 5+ years, and would be happy to avoid the experience again.

    I'm happy with the ride from the OEM coils, but i don't really have anything to compare them too. I don't have anything extra weighing down the front. It's stock. Should I just have them put a new pair of toyota coils on?

    What else? I don't want to throw money at it unnecessarily, but I have the $$ to spend if I need to, and it's wise to replace anything else during this job.

    good luck. I failed my frame inspection on Black Friday. My dealership told me I had to remove everything aftermarket. So I just dropped the truck off this past Saturday 1/26. I got a Corolla as the loaner. They still dont know when they are going to start the work, let alone when Im getting it back.. Its already been 2 months since the frame has been ordered.

    Meanwhile, I have all my aftermarket parts sitting in my garage/other people's garages since I didnt have enough room.

    Wow ,I have a ton of aftermarket stuff and didn’t have to remove anything ,plus they installed more of my aftermarket stuff no labor charge . This dealership has done over 2000 frame swaps !
