    Well damn. I didn't realize they were made locally... All of the other 3rd party vendors had the Magnum RT for almost $300 less than ICI's website. I live right up in Surprise, wish I would have know... Maybe they would have price matched. Mine shipped from Alabama.

    according the the Pelfreybilt logo on the bumper, I'm going to guess it's a Pelfreybilt. They are out of business.

    Truck is @DefconBrix old one I do believe. Very well known.

    I would say in my opinion the standard replacement rear bumpers such as that one all look the same to me. It's when you go high clearance/swingouts/etc that they start to become more unique. I'd recommend @EddyRRT with SOS Concepts for armor though, great guy, short lead times.
