    These are Aussie beef, not to be confused with kooky English recipes. But yeah, that’s where the name came from. Stuffed with beef mince and rich gravy. Add some tomato sauce - ketchup will do - and have a go. Who says there’s no culture in Australia!

    They have retail distributors around the states and I’m going to try to get a frozen case sent to me. I’ve lived off of these things before and after all that you’d think I’d be sick of them but I still love them dearly.

    Used to drill into them while still frozen to stuff a bit of cheese in before heating up.
