I dont think i have any moisture issues.
    I have climate control
Also I have a dehumidifier set on a humidistat in the basement.
They will install a vapor barrier for my crawl space.
Also, going to most likely add an ERV. Pretty sure the house will never be tight enough to warrant THAT measure.... but.l,

Sounds like you are in good shape then and after a few more steps you will have a whole new house in a tightness/energy efficient sense. Then the shop can go up for mod days!

Thats the plan. Get past the major stuff.. then, I can tweak stuff at my leisure.
Once I have this place in a position, that I can liquidate fast on little/no notice, I will absolutely relax.

    Ok, Short story...

I'm getting myself familiar with my new 17, and read that it may already have a remote starter?
SO I call Toyota and then have to register with them and all, and they look up the VIN and say no, the truck doesn't have it.
OK, so I ask if he can get me a copy of the original window sticker?

He, Says, No, That is the Monroney Label and that they are only printed once and can't be duplicated! OK!

SO, when I picked up my truck last Saturday, the salesman put 3 boxes in my bed before I left.
I asked, but all he said is they came with it.
When I got home 1 one box had the adjustable slide side tie downs we all have, the other has a right side rear view mirror that has been weathered on a truck but whole.
And the the last box had 3, new Mud flaps!

So, tonight, I go looking over the mud flaps and mirror to try to put a fair price one them.

And what do I find at the bottom of the mf box but the original Monroney Label!!!

I know most of you won't appreciate what this is but some will.

Oh and you can get them online but it will cost you a few bucks... but it's not the original!!:p

Sometimes little wins like that can really make your day:thumbsup:

That's silly it can't be duplicated, I don't even know what a monroney label is, gotta go google that. :pccoffee:

edit: fancy word for window sticker

With Ford, you just enter your VIN and boom, instant window sticker :stirthepot: I didn’t realize some manfacturers were protective of them. Being able to pull up window stickers with just the VIN was very helpful when vehicle shopping.

I tried to get the one from my STi and hit a dead end. I can get one for the Corvette, but it's $80 or something and not worth it. What's neat with the C5 is that there's a glovebox sticker with all the RPO codes to determine exactly how the car was optioned.

I've found that also, but I could only find crapon mine and the Monroney label just gave A Little more info.

On new vehicles in CT, the dealer must give you the window sticker. Required by DMV. Used, they don't have to give one to you. I usually put them in the glove box folded up in the manual.

Just got back in. It was cold, had to wear my facemask. A few minutes of moving and it was fine though. Pretty damn windy out.

It was originally done because they had no director and a lot of issues and we were very solid and had two people capable of running things. My former boss took it on and that district paid mine for his time. Now he went to another district so I inherited mine and that one. Ideally, it wouldn't be happening all at once since I need to build some capacity and rehire for my old job but I think I will manage.

These two districts are pretty small too. Around 3000 students combined.

Saw the new Ranger out in the wild last night for the first time. I was behind it for a couple miles on back roads, I thought it had a nice ass.

It's a pretty bad butterface though, but it does have a nice butt :)

Truck says -10, feels like -20....sounds like a perfect day to add some insulation to the basement!

Gotta let my cousins dogs out around lunch for a bit...don't think they are going to go too far today:rofl:
