    I broke a couple of the factory tabs installing them, they're so weak and brittle. Maybe the cold didn't help either. Passenger side is perfect, driver side binds up. I'll have to do something tomorrow maybe.

    No need on these trucks for a quick disconnect.

    Besides I don't think they're actually legal.
    Aftermarket is ok but I'm not sure about quick disconnect

    maybe your cable is seizing up or latch is (like mine - I drove around for 2 days with the hood bouncing around because it was too cold and I was too lazy to do anything about it...). spray the shit out of the latch with WD40 - might help.

    They turn on by pressing on them like the factory lights, the switch is so you can change from white to red.
