I figured you ordered one or two.

How “baby” is it going to be? Gravity fed trailer??

I’ve put half a thought into a small one, but i can’t justify the expense right now.

Does a Tail Gate Lock Count?
    Got myself a new toy:

I have tried smoking cheese 3 times. Two times the result was mostly melted cheese. The one success was due to the outside temp being about 60 so the smoker never heated up. I read about this cold smoke tube and, BAM, it was ordered 2 days ago and arrived today, along with some apple pellets. Can't wait to try it. Can also use it to cold smoke bacon, sausage, and so on!! I do love a good bbq gadget!!

I’ve had mine for about a year and a half. Great for cold smoking, but yiu can use it for any type of smoking. I just used mine the other day for a ham, with a competition blend of pellets.

    Wouldn't surpise me at all.

Also bought a heat gun to light the pellets. I watched a bunch of YouTube on how to light it and that seemed like the best approach, and ya never know when ya need a heat gun!

Reverse flow insulated is goal. Smoker on one side and a bit of storage on the back. Gonna try and get something sketched up to see if it's feasible.

Nothing too large this go around. Someday a full on trailer like Maner will happen, but gotta get my feet wet first :D

Should build a floating smoker barge and then go out on the water serving BBQ to people. Should hold at min 200 briskets or butts.
