I got this. Works well if that cover has slits to access the seatbelts. Works as a quick leash. Also has a bungee to lessen the jolt.

Have installed “Black Oak” 30” LED lightbar (33,000 lumens!) behind lower grill WITHOUT butchering up said grill. Also, when you install one, or if you already did, beware! There areseveral YouTube tutorials who recommend carelessly throwing away a set of air deflecters Toyota saw fit to include. These pieces are easily and only slightly modified to fit in perfect harmony with the provided brackets.

Yup, instead of a cutting wheel....the metal piece is thin enough you can just cut it. For me it was way faster and easier. Used a hole saw instead of spade bit.
