Wow. That's impressive. I'm a big morning person, but I absolutely cannot lift early. Zero power. HaHa.

    Like, so many.
That’s less of an early morning and more like a late night.

Well I work 10-12 hour days. So if I don’t go in the morning then I won’t get home till 7-8pm every night. So it’s really my only option. Plus the gym is empty and peaceful that early.

Preworkout helps a ton tho with the energy

Sunday - Shoulders and Arms and Abs
Monday - 60-90 minutes of cardio
Tuesday - Chest and Back and Abs
Wednesday - 60-90 minutes of cardio
    Thursday - Legs and Abs
Friday - 60-90 minutes of cardio

Cardio I either do high intensity days which include a warm up, sprints or stadium sprints (stairs), and cool down which is 60 minutes.

Or 90 minutes of endurance which right now is 3,000 steps and then a run.

Stretch everyday after a workout and foam roller after cardio.

Training for two upcoming cardio events so thats why the excessive cardio. I also love it. Endurance days are my thinkin time.

    Workouts last min 60 mins max 90. Usually 24 sets/body part - 12 sets on bi/tri since I hit them 2x a week.

My workout speed is always controlled negatives and explosive positives (thanks Julian Smith). Most of my shit are pause reps, you'll rarely catch me bro-ing 13 reps in 9 seconds. I do it rarely, but it's necessary at times for that final pump load... Just be smart.

    Monday - Chest/Tris (obviously, bruh)
    Tuesday - Back/Bis
    Wednesday - Heavy Legs
    Thursday - Chest/Tris
    Friday - Back/Bis
Saturday - Lighter Legs / Abs

Sat/Sun - 25 Mins HIIT 1min fast 1 min slow on stationary bike upon wake-up

    Workouts start about 5:30pm

Currently 2 relax meals a week - Generally post leg workout
    3600 Calories / day - 50% carbs - 30% Protons and 20% fats

    Bw #218
    Height 6'1"
    BF: 10%

Never stretch - never foam roll (not promoting this, wish I did but fuck I am lazy when it comes to this)

    :O!!!

I have to force myself to do it. I feel awesome when I do but it is hard to do 10-15 minutes of stretching and rolling when you just worked out for an hour and a half.

Unfortunately the only thing I stretch is my faking stomach cramming all this food in every day... blah.

I do get a 60min deep tissue massage and chiropractic adjustment every month - Doesn't make up for the lack of stretches, but at least it's something.

Julian Smith is awesome. And damn man. That’s impressive.

Do it for a hobby? Like compete ? Or just to be healthy? It’s hard to believe someone would be so tracked and planned just to stay from getting fat.

    Much respect !

Much respect here too. That’s a lot of cardio. I’d love to compete in a run like spartan or tough mudder but endurance gets kinda boring to me. That’s a badass plan for sure tho!

The foam roller thing... I need to give it a shot one day

Not always on the same day of the week, but my weeks look pretty close to this during a peaking cycle

Day 1 - Oly, High bar back squat, squat accessories, conditioning

Day 2 - Bench, push accessories, gymnastics, conditioning

3 - Oly, low bar backsquat, squat accessories

4 - Active recovery - swim, bike, run, row, etc

5 - Deadlift, DL accessories, Bench, gymnastics, conditioning

6 - High bar backsquat, something fun (sleds, carries, walks, stones, etc), Then get a massive arm pump.

    7 - Rest

I workout at 3:30 pm most days. If I don't get to the gym, I'm a total asshole. I need it for stress relief. Haha.

It started off as something to do so I could get a gf (because I was a skinny bitch), then it turned into a hobby and now it's become part of my life. My gf also works out with me (does her own workouts, we just go at same times) and she will be competing May 4th this year. Someday I may compete, but I need to continue building - just too small for my height.
