    About 11 minutes. Call volume doubles and every time I’ve been there out of about 6 years in that station I’ve slept about 3 nights. So my whole day off is wasted by sleeping.

    Been there before. We run our asses off. My main problem is getting out with a green emt that probably shouldn’t be working in our type of service to begin with. Also means instead of getting to swap call for call with a fellow medic I’ll be riding the majority of the shit. It’s ok though. I have over 1400 hours of sick time. I’m feeling a little queasy already. Lol

    We did have a man hunt last night for 4 idiots that stole phones from a t-mobile store and were being tracked by them. I didn’t participate though. Just listened to them slowly pick one off one by one. Kinda think they wasted their time driving down from Atlanta just to steal some phones from the store. Could have done that up there. That made the news.
